About Us

Our Mission

  • Serving as an information collection and dissemination center;

  • Fostering technical education, leadership and advocacy skills, and career advancement;

  • Insisting upon and advocating for high-quality cybersecurity education and training services for our members;

  • Promotion of cybersecurity training programs and community support programs, including supportive social, vocational rehabilitation, and employment programs;

  • Collaboration with other local, national, and international mental health and substance abuse organizations and advocacy groups;

  • Delineation and enforcement of the rights of Neurodiverse persons and their families;

  • Soliciting and receiving funds in support of all of the above;

  • Advocating forcefully for Neurodiversity inclusion.

WiCyS Code of Conduct

The Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) Code of Conduct applies to all events, platforms, or WiCyS program attendees, speakers, sponsors, partners, vendors, facilities staff, volunteers, committee members, WiCyS members, and WiCyS board members.
